As the founder of Handa Financial Consulting, I am a Chartered Accountant with progressive senior level experience and over a decade of experience with public and private companies both as a senior finance professional and as a member of the board of directors and audit committee chairman. 

As a senior finance professional I have worked with companies to: complete an IPO or reverse take-over and take them public, complete convertible and equipment debt financing, complete concentrate off-take agreements, complete debt agreements, renew and renegotiate debt agreements, complete secondary public listings, complete ERP system implementations, negotiate supplier contracts, and manage large teams in local and remote offices. Prior to entering industry as a finance professional I worked at Deloitte & Touche in the Vancouver office spending two years in the audit practice working almost exclusively on publicly listed mining companies and one year in the financial advisory practice in the valuations groups working on several M&A deals in the mining industry.
